Arranged Marriage

What if.. We are all meant for an arranged marriage?

In Indian culture, arranged marriages have been a big part of their lives since the 4th century. It was used as a means to unite two families. Often times the bride and groom had never seen each other until their wedding day.

We all have a similar destiny, should we accept it. This one stems all the way back to Creation. The Lord Almighty, Creator of the universe and everything herein, made us specifically to be in a relationship with Him. Adam and Eve broke the bridge between that relationship when they sinned but Jesus Christ replaced it with an indestructible one.

We were made to be in a relationship with God. Since the time of our birth, even before then, we were ordained to have that unity with Him. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US. But it isn't until we are married -linked to him with an unbreakable bond- that we can truly know Him.

I am married by such an arranged marriage, and knowing the Lord is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
